Though we welcome almost any kitchen tools, some specific items on our wishlist include:

- Food scale
- Cheese press
- Brewing equipment
- Large food processor
- Knife sharpener
- Excalibur dehydrator
- Pressure cooker
- Small lightweight folding table
- Pens, markers, tape, folders, printing paper, and other office supplies
